Kama Sutra Sweet Celebration Box

Kama Sutra’s Sweet Celebration Box is for romantic lovers on a weekend getaway.  The box itself is pretty pale pink, and reminds me of Chantilly Lace, or that old fashioned Cameo romantic style.  Inside you will find Vanilla Crème Oil of Love, French Vanilla Crème Body Soufflé, Kama Sutra’s Pleasure Garden Massage Oil, a Sweet Honeysuckle Boudoir Puff in a pure white satin bag, and fragranced rose petals in a pretty white organza bag.

Unlike many of Kama Sutra’s other kits that are either spicy or fruity sweet, this kit is very flowery in fragrance and taste.  If you don’t like flowery smells (or Chantilly Lace) this is not the kit for you.  However, there are many people who do enjoy the scents of flowers, and this would be perfect for them.  For, me, it reminded me of my grandmother’s perfume that, while not offensive, does not turn me on.  I much prefer the spicy tastes of the Original Kama Sutra Weekender kit (now 30% off!), or the sweet tang of the Raspberry Kiss kit [my review].

I was very interested to try the French Vanilla Crème Body Soufflé though, as neither of those other kits come with a product like this.  Let me just say, don’t eat this out of the jar.  It tastes much better when rubbed into a body and licked away.  For some reason, this had an overwhelming perfume taste to me, which is probably due to the close proximity of it to the fragranced rose petals in the box.  I have tried the Kama Sutra  Lover’s Paintbox [my review] and liked them much more.  Kama Sutra’s Pleasure Garden Massage Oil is also flowery in scent, and I prefer the spicier scents of their other massage oils better.  The best way to find the scent you like the best is to try their Kama Sutra Massage Therapy Kit [my review] which features all of their scents.

Both the Vanilla Crème Oil of Love and the Sweet Honeysuckle Boudoir Puff were very tasty products, and I enjoyed them the most out of all the romantic treasures the box held.  The box itself is lovely as a bedside the bed keepsake box to store your lotions and potions in.  It would actually make a very cool hat box for a vintage hat as well!  So while I was not into the flowery scents, I know there are many people who are and this Kama Sutra kit will appeal to them.
