Durex Products

As you are mostly likely aware, Durex makes condoms.  Not only do they make condoms but they also have some seriously funny and innovative commercials for marketing their condoms, including one of my favorites below.

Durex Play!

And, while Durex produces some of the most popular and reliable condoms on the market they also have now come out with some new sexuality products in their Durex Play line that have nothing to do with condoms, but a lot to do with playful sex.

Durex Play 2in1 Massage Melts

First, I want to introduce you to a very cool new massage oil concept, Durex Play 2in1 Massage Melts.  These Massage Melts combine the sensation play of ice cubes with lubrication and massage.  These are freezable (yes, you heard right!) intimate lube and massage gel packages.  They come individually wrapped in one use packet cubes that you put in your freezer and wait about 2 hours to set.  Once set to a solid, you are ready to play.  Just pop them out of their plastic cubes and allow them to melt on the body as you massage them in.  Better still, pop them inside your pussy or anus for a sizzling cool sensation to slowly melt inside of you and get you lubed up for penetrative sex.  Yowza!  Durex says, “Rouching warm skin with ice is scientifically proven to activate the area of the nervous system that’s responsible for sexual arousal and erection!”  Coolness!  These are radically fun to play with and are sure to get a, a-hem, reaction out of your playmate.  If you don’t like the cold you can use them as is, but really the whole fun is in freezing them for sensation play.

Durex Play 2in1 Massage Melts are water based, water soluble, condom compatible, glycerin and paraben free.

Ingredients: Aqua, Hydroxyethylcellulose, PEG 800, Propylene Glycol Alginate, Benzoic Acid, Sodium Saccharin, Sodium Hydroxide.

Durex Play Tingle

There are lots of arousal, sensation or tingle lubes on the market.  Many of them, however, contain menthol.  And, while menthol may not offend some people’s intimate bits, it can burn other people’s sensitive sensibilities.  Like mine.  I had a very bad experience with a tingle lube once that had menthol in it, and believe me; you don’t want to go there.  It took hours for the burn to wear off and was extremely painful.

Durex Tingle should not give you a burn reaction, unless you are somehow allergic to it, which would be unlikely since it contains no parabens.  However, everyone is unique and has different reactions to the same products, especially those applied to the genitals.  So always do a patch test with a dab of the product on your wrist before trying it on your vulva, clit, penis or anus.  If after a ½ an hour you have no bad reactions, then test it on your nipples which are more sensitive.  If you still have no bad reaction, then you should be able to safely apply to your more intimate areas.  Do so sparingly at first as a small dab should do you.  If you don’t feel anything at first, wait a while (20 minutes) and then reapply as there may be a delayed reaction.

Durex Tingle, which is Durex’ bestselling lube, feels very cool when first applied to the genitals.  It comes in a little squeeze pump so you can control how much you use.  It has a pleasant slightly minty taste, but not overpowering.  Once rubbed in, it begins to tingle and warm-up, exciting your naughty bits to arousal.  Durex Tingle may be very effective for men who have erectile dysfunction or staying power as well.  For women, it adds extra stimulation and sensation to the clitoris and vulva.  I didn’t feel a huge tingling feeling, only a slight warming.  But I did notice an increased sensation and arousal on my clit.

Durex is so confident that you’ll be satisfied with this product that they’ll refund the purchase price if you’re not.  So, you have nothing to lose by giving it a try!

Durex Tingle is water based, water soluble, condom compatible, glycerin and paraben free.

Ingredients: Glycerin, Aqua, Propylene Glycol, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Benzoic Acid, Sodium Saccharin, Sodium Hydroxide, Flavour, Dimethicone, Aloe Vera.

Durex Picks & Licks

If you want to try out a new “one night stand” but aren’t willing to commit just yet, then Durex has just the thing for you.  That is commit to a condom or sensual lubricant of course!  What is it?  Durex Picks & Licks.  The idea is you can go to their Picks & Licks website and pick out 5 or more one shot condoms or lube sachets to try out, before you purchase a larger product.  So you could try a variety of products like Durex Tingle and 2in1 Massage Melts (above), or try Durex Feel, Durex Heat, or a mix and match of their condoms from PleasureMax and Performa, to a variety of flavored condom choices.  Banana, Yum!  So there’s a great way to try out some of Durex best products in little samplers so you don’t have to commit to a large bottle or box of condoms.

If you haven’t tried Durex products yet, I highly recommend them.  They are fun, playful and most importantly their condoms are effective in protecting against STDs, unwanted pregnancies and AIDS.

Check out the whole line of Durex products at Durex.com and try their Picks & Licks!
