Crystal Delights Ceramic Dildo Review

Dildos have been around for at least 30,000 years (the oldest one found is a siltstone dildo in the Alps in Germany) and have been made out of numerous natural materials including resin coated camel dung, wood, stone, porcelain and clay.  While I don’t miss dildos made out of camel dung, I’m glad that some sex toy companies are returning to “old school” practices and materials.

Introducing the new Ceramic Sex Toys from Crystal Delights.  The one I’m reviewing today is the Crystal Pop Ceramic Dildo.  These gorgeous dildos are made from body safe all natural materials using purified and refined Texas Clay that is lead free, featuring a food grade glaze that conforms to ASTM D-4236 (which means they have been tested for toxicity levels).  The strong ceramic is non-porous, hypo-allergenic, waterproof, odor and bacteria resistant, and phthalate free.  The Crystal Pop Ceramic Dildos are available in four different custom glazes, including this earthen ware inspired color theme with mossy green, brown ochre and cerulean blue splatters.

Each Crystal Delights sex toy also features an authentic Swarovski crystal at the base.  My Crystal Pop Ceramic Dildo has an amber Swarovski crystal with sparkling hues of brown, green and amber that matches wonderfully with the ceramic glaze.  Simply beautiful!

The Crystal Pop Ceramic Dildo measures 9 ¼” from base to head with a diameter of 1 ½”.  The base is slightly flared at the bottom, with a long smooth shaft and a ribbed orbed head to facilitate penetration and extra stimulation.

Ceramic makes for an excellent sex toy as it can be warmed or cooled for temperature play and is firm and smooth so feels great for penetrative use.  As a green product it is perfection, for what could be greener or natural than a dildo made from the earth itself?  Except for the Swarovski crystal at the base, this dildo also has an ancient look to it, and I can almost imagine pagan Goddesses using it in their fertility ceremonies and masturbation rites.  A ceramic dildo good enough for a Goddess?  You bet!

Each Crystal Delights sex toy comes wrapped in its own protective pouch that is padded and has a satin lining for safekeeping.  These lovely dildo are also beautiful enough to be displayed.
