Natural Contours Energie

The Natural Contours Energie is one of the most interesting and versatile sex toys I have used in a while.  First of all, the Energie is a kegel exerciser, but unlike the typical ball weights like Fun Factory’s Smart Balls [my review] and Lelo’s Luna Beads [my review], the Energie is a sleek barbell type of weight, with a slim inner middle section and two larger swellings on each end.  One side of the barbell is slightly larger than the other so it will compliment various sized vaginas.

Energie is marketed as a “weight resistance trainer for the pelvic floor muscle” because it actually weighs approximately one pound, which is fairly substantial.  When you lift it out of its storage case, you notice the weight immediately.  It is constructed of metal and coated with smooth plastic, which makes it a good alternative to Njoy’s Pure Wand, as it is similar in shape, size and weight.  The shape of the Energie, like all Natural Contours products is ergonomically designed and made to mirror a woman’s natural curves.  For this reason, it is also an excellent G-spot stimulator as the G-spot loves a heavy, firm object that can apply appropriate pressure.

To use as a kegel exerciser the small pamphlet tells you to lie on your back and insert the Energie with a bit of lube, then squeeze the PC muscles around it as you inhale deeply.  This should be repeated about ten times in a row, three times a day for maximum effect.  I found I could also use the Energie while standing and actually pull it up into my vagina by squeezing my PC muscles around it, much like doing weight training exercises.  Your PC muscles would have to be fairly strong to attempt this however, but it is certainly something to aspire too.  Doing kegel exercises on a regular basis will not only strengthen and tone the PC muscles, but will also increase your sexual pleasure and help produce more powerful orgasms as you begin to control your muscles. As a G-spot stimulator this product works perfectly to pleasure the G-spot with firm, deep pressure.  Because the design is curved, you only need to insert the toy about 1″-2″ then instead of using a penetrating movement, you pump the handle up and down, or use it to massage the G-spot.  This resulted in a wonderful G-spot orgasm that left me weak.  So, not only does it help rebuild the muscles that help improve G-spot orgasms, it will actually provide those orgasms as well.  No wonder Sue Johanson raves about the Energie, it is the perfect two-in-one toy!
